4. Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
5. Service Limitations: Remote Health Sentry does not provide emergency medical services. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately. Telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions; providers may recommend in-person care when necessary.
6. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are subject to provider availability. We strive to honor all scheduled times but may occasionally need to reschedule due to provider emergencies with prompt notification.
7. Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations incur a $15 fee. No-shows are charged the full consultation fee. Reminders are sent at 24h and 1h before.
8. Pricing and Payments: All prices are displayed before booking in U.S. dollars including applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking unless insurance arrangements are confirmed in advance.
9. Insurance Billing: We bill your insurance provider directly for covered services. You are responsible for copays, deductibles, and non-covered amounts. Coverage verification does not guarantee claim approval.
10. Refund Policy: Refunds are available for services not rendered. Provider-initiated cancellations receive full refunds or free rescheduling. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days and are processed within 10 business days.

21. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remote Health Sentry, its officers, directors, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
22. Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first undergo good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Seattle, WA under AAA rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action proceedings.
23. Class Action Waiver: Any disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding. You waive the right to participate in class actions against Remote Health Sentry.
24. Governing Law: These terms are governed by USA State law without conflict-of-law principles. Federal healthcare laws including HIPAA and ACA also apply where relevant.
25. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations. Remote Health Sentry may assign rights to successor entities in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
